Dear Tony,
 
As per our conversation this morning regarding the installation of our granite counter(s).
 
From the moment my wife and I walked through your front doors (late I might add) we were treated with the utmost respect. The receptionist was very friendly. Sonya was a delight to deal with and also a wealth of information. Her insight in helping us pick something suitable was much appreciated. Dave orchestrating the measuring and installation went off without any problems and was accurate on timing. Wes doing the finite measurements was a pleasure especially after getting him to open up and talk a little hockey. Adam and crew arrived to start the install process on time and worked very quickly to complete the job with perfection.
 
Tony, to say that my family and I are delighted to have had the opportunity to work with such a professional group of individuals would be a huge understatement. York Fabrica have gone above and far beyond our expectations and we would like to thank each and every one of you that have facilitated this project.

Just a follow-up email to our phone conversation yesterday. My husband and I wanted to thank you personally for the beautiful counter tops York Fabrica built and installed in our kitchen. Not only are we thrilled with the precision with which they were made, but also the professionalism and kindness of the installers and the gentleman who came twice to take measurements. Any home renovation is stressful, but your team ensured that we were well taken care of, from the initial purchase stage at Lowes until the counters were completed and installed. Thanks again and we will definitely recommend your company to our friends.

Hi Larry,

I just wanted to thank you for everything you had done for my parents (and me). I really appreciated your flexibility and your ability to resolve the situation to our (the customers) satisfaction. No matter how many times we asked for a change, you always made it happen. Even when you were on vacation, the company representative (Gaby) was very helpful and reliable. I really appreciated your professionalism and knowledge to finally complete the renovation. In the end, you (and your company) seemed to be the only one we could rely on -- to get the job done right.

Deb and I just wanted to send a note thanking you and every one who was involved with our kitchen countertops for the great job you all did. Every step of the way from Gaby helping us pick the right granite and offering design advice, to the person who measured, to the installers we couldn’t be happier. Everyone was helpful, professional, and very friendly. You delivered when you said you would on every phase of the project and the countertops look amazing. We won’t hesitate to use your company again and will definitely pass along your name anytime someone we know is looking to do renovations.
