From the deserts of Namibia, a small country just to the northwest of South Africa, has come a new palette of granite colours that have created a revolution in the world of stone. The colours and patterns are as dramatic and exciting as the countryside they come from. One of the unique features of these quarries is that several colours come from one formation of stone and some colours will be limited as the formation is mined and the colours change again. Each block of slabs is so unique that we insist that the customer come into our fabrication shop to choose the actual slabs to be used for their counter and even discuss the way they want their counter oriented on the stone.

The Africa Range granites include the rainbow of colours, from bold red, to gentle beige, from deep black to sparkling gray, rich earth tones to magnificent gold. Sometimes all in one slab!
