York Marble had the pleasure of working with St Thomas developments on 7 St Thomas that many believe is the premier condominium development in Toronto. The architect invested much time in detailing a modern lobby that blended with a historical façade. The workmanship on the project was awarded the 2022 TTMAC Project of the Year.
